This recipe was a huge hit with school foodservice staff at culinary skills training classes.

This is a wonderful addition to my recipe repertoire! With every bite I still can’t believe it doesn’t have tomatoes in it! My nephew introduced us to it this summer and it’s been a hit every time I’ve made it since. I added some Old Bay hot sauce, about 2 teaspoons and some toasted cumin seeds about 1 teaspoon.

Love the additions to kick the “fire” up!

This is the freshest idea for salsa. 💃 Ad I can’t eat pepper’s ( green or hot), there was substitute ingredients. Red peppers and yellow. More green onions & chopped tomatoes 🍅 too. Just a wonderful combination 👌🏼♥️

I made this Salsa years ago for a get together, and misplaced the recipe. I’m so glad to find it again. It was definitely a hit!
