This elegant mignonette sauce is a great pairing with oysters or clams, but is also wonderful over grilled salmon or shrimp.

    Makes about 1 ½ cups, serves 12

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve with chilled oysters or clams on the half shell.
  2. *To make the watermelon puree, remove seeds from fresh watermelon and cut into large chunks. Place in a blender and process until smooth and well pureed.
