Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Watermelon

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon slices in thirds so that you have nine total pieces. Stretch out each piece a bit, then wrap each around a piece of watermelon. Press together the ends where the bacon crosses.
  2. Place the bacon-wrapped watermelon in the air fryer basket, seam side down (i.e. place the side with the ends of the bacon face down in the air fryer basket).
  3. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp. Let cool for a few minutes before eating, as it will be hot.

Notes

  1. Use regular bacon for this recipe, not thick-cut bacon. Regular bacon wraps better and crisps up easier in the air fryer.
  2. Feel free to add toothpicks to each if serving them at an event.
