Enjoy this simple watermelon recipe with only 5 ingredients, but customize with your own favorites!

  1. Combine watermelon and sesame soy dressing in large bowl and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate, refrigerated, for 1 hour.
  2. Divide rice between four bowls. Top evenly with marinated watermelon, avocado and edamame. Drizzle remaining marinade over watermelon and serve.

Tip: Substitute 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sesame oil and 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar for sesame soy dressing!
