- Combine watermelon and sesame soy dressing in large bowl and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate, refrigerated, for 1 hour.
- Divide rice between four bowls. Top evenly with marinated watermelon, avocado and edamame. Drizzle remaining marinade over watermelon and serve.
