Instructions
Heavy Watermelon Veggie Smoothie
- In a juicer, extract the juice from all of the above ingredients. Serve plain or over ice.
Red Hot Beet Smoothie:
- Place all ingredients in a blender with watermelon on the bottom. Turn blender on slow speed until watermelon has liquified, then increase speed and blend for 1 minute or until liquified. (This is the middle drink.)
Watermelon Zapper:
- Place watermelon in a blender, then remaining ingredients.
- Turn blender on low until watermelon is liquified, then gradually increase speed. Blend for 2 minutes. (This is the drink on the right.)
