This was a big hit for Memorial Day. Conveniently blackberries are huge and sweet right now! Getting the cubes of watermelon and of angel food cake about the same size took careful cutting, but totally worth it.
I’m about to make this for a bbq today. I was wondering if I should make the pound cake in a loaf pan or sheet pan to make sure I have enough white cubes for the recipe. Does it matter?
Both would yield the cake that can be cubed, so it just depends on which you think would be best for cutting into cubes.
