Name: Watermelon Sandwich
Ingredients: 11/4 to 1/2 inch thick slice watermelon, about the size of your bread; 6 ounces • 6 ounces spiral cut ham in slices or thick deli meat (like ham, turkey or chicken) of choice; ½ teaspoon chili lime powder; 2 ounces fresh baby greens; Bread of choice, we used Rye; Honey mustard, to taste

A light dusting of lime chili powder and honey mustard takes sweet watermelon in a whole new direction!

Ingredients

11/4 to 1/2 inch thick slice watermelon, about the size of your bread
6 ounces • 6 ounces spiral cut ham in slices or thick deli meat (like ham, turkey or chicken) of choice
½ teaspoon chili lime powder
2 ounces fresh baby greens
Bread of choice, we used Rye
Honey mustard, to taste

Instructions

Spread honey mustard liberally over the inside of the roll and layer the deli meat over the bottom piece.
Sprinkle the watermelon with chili powder and place over the meat.
Top the watermelon with the greens and top with the bread, mustard side down.
