Ingredients

6 cups cubed watermelon
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
1 lime, juiced (optional)
Optional mint for garnish

Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher or measuring glass, pressing on solids to extract as much juice as possible.
